Hey everybody,

Just found this site and signed up.Hope evey one is ok. I bought a used 94 190TF nitro and got a few nicks on the hull I wanted to cover up. Anyone have any ideas. What materials to use? My boat is white.

Thanks Tony

Hey congrats on the boat and welcome. I know most marine stores offer a gelcoat filler kit that has several different colors. Provided the nicks aren't too deep, it should serve your purpose. Good luck.

I am pretty new myself so welcome. You will get alot of great info from this group but probably not much from me.

Good evening, Tony, and welcome to the board!

Rob's right about the gel coat kits.

Automotive body putty does the trick easily on the deeper gouges. Then cover it over with gel coat.

me!

Welcome Tony. Can't help with the fiberglass but you've found a great site with great people. On this site the boat is secondary. First is people always willing to help and to listen.

Welcome aboard Tony. Go to a larger marine dealer that sells boating supplies and they will have a good selection of gel coat repair products.
