Need Help Re-Sizing Photos

I know this question has been asked before, but I can't remember the answer. How do you resize a photo so that it doesn't take up so much space in your library??

The best program I had for that was Adobe Home Edition 4.0, but when my old computer died I lost that one. Now it is no longer free, and I'm not going to pay for it. I'm still looking for a good Free photo editing program that can down-size pics.

PC, do a Google search on IrfanView. They have a free program that will let you resize easily.

Download that and have fun.
