One last post (making up for lost time I guess).
For those who remember, I worked for an ammo company that was developing polymer cased ammo for the military and eventual commercial sale.
I left the company when the ammo kept failing miserably and they wanted me to sell it anyway. They also ran the company like a highly financed hobby.
What you had was a former OBGYN who took someone else's idea that wasn't pattented and pattented it himself. He had NO clue what he was doing and let his pride and ego ruin the company once in MS, then filed chapter 11, changed the name, got new investors and moved to NY.
So I left.......
Well, the investors, realizing the good 'ole doc was hiding stuff from them, were tired of pumping endless money in for no return so they went to DE (where 95% of inc companies are inc) and were granted permission to seize the company from the Dr. In that time he had had his salary employees and management working for no pay promising to make them rich if they stuck with him. Then at the end, he let them all go anyway.....MS all over again.
One of them was my friend, the woman who brought me over to the company in the first place.
The investors called he back and asked her to please come back since they had removed the Dr. She said she would as long as they paid he all her back pay, and a written 6 month contract. If ANYTHING happened in that 6 months or if the Dr came back, she could at HER discretion leave and still be paid.
They agreed and so she went back. The investors dumped a ton more money in and then did the "smart" thing....brought back the same idiot that ran it into the ground twice before....the Dr.! HAAAAAAA!
So my friend left once and for all. The Dr. now realizing he can't figure out the problems has tried to sell the company to the Army of the United Aram Emmerates, (he's from Lebanon).
So if you see any ammo out there with white plastic casings, don't even think about shooting it unless you want a ruined firing pin, jammed gun, and massively fouled receiver and barrell.
I don't normally bad mouth former employers, but this company was SO dirty and foul I had to share this with you other gun nuts. And THIS my friends is corporate America today!!!!
