Marshmallows anyone aka a bad day

Well, this just happened today to my brother's ski boat. He was wrapping it up for the winter and put the tarp on it and then burned the end of the nylon ropes to keep them from fraying..... went inside the house to get changed and the next thing he knew, his daughter was dialing 911. Fortunately, he was insured for full value, so he should come out of it pretty well, but I just about cried when I saw the first photo. I figured he was experimenting with PhotoShop. Not! Just figured I would share my sorrows. He said it went up quick and hot. First thing he did was move his brand new car away from it. Too hot to get near it with a hose.

OK first lesson learned - do NOT use fire to keep the nylon ropes from fraying unless the rope is NOT on a boat!!



Second lesson- MAN THAT SUCKS!!!



Tell him we feel for him David, at least he gets to his the boat shows in Jan/Feb for a new ride!!!
