It's suppose to be between 50 and 60 this weekend. My tournament partner called me today all fired up. He wants to go to Turtle Creek on Sunday. He said the water there is about 80 degrees and they are biting. My boat is in the shop but I just called and he might have it finished by Friday. If not, we are going to take his jon boat and throw my kicker on it.
I went to the boat show on Sunday. I agree that there seemed like alot less tackle and no real bargains. I looked at the Ranger Reata. It's a super nice boat but not enough to make me dump my Nitro. The Nitro has more storage and a little better design (IMHO) and about $4-5K less. The Banana is staying for awhile I think.
