Michael, I usually reserve all my singing for Carli..... However, considering the occasion.....

Happy Birthday to you!

Happy Birthday to you!

Happy Birthday, Mr. TrepMan!

Happy Birthday to you!

me!

Happy Birthday...may all your home brew be strong and the blackflies few.

Thanks Guys - Beka woke me up with 2 empty 6 packs and a gift certificate to the local store that sells 100's of bottled beer individualy. I get to create my own 12 pack of any kind of beer I want!

Boys came in next with a new fishing Hat, the kind with the flap around the ears/neck to keep me from getting sunburned (and a Red Neck!!) and a cool mesh/velcro hanging basket to mount in the the boat. It will hold Maps, Cell phones, leathermen and the like, mounted it after breakfast!!!

No fishing today, but caught a nice LM at the pond last night on a fluke, heading out early Sunday for a few hours, need my Testosterone re-charged from the in-law visit! They leave on Wednesday, but i've got to be in Raleigh Mon-Tues on business.

Tex - How far from Raleigh are you? Any chance of sharing a beer? I'm at the Embassy Suites near the airport.

Thanks again Everyone!! And especialy Scott!

Hey, I thought you were quiting work at Noon Scott? I'm getting ready to take the boys to Temple, I'll check back tonite.

Oh, and tell the delivery Driver that it's OK to drop off the 911 OR the 20ft Avalanche, my in-laws are at home!!! LOL

Trep,

Not even close to Raleigh. Sorry, can't do the beer thing on this trip. I'm headed to San Antonio in the morning for a day and a half. Two high points.

1) Get to spend tomorrow afternoon with my son, who lives in Austin. Haven't seen him since last Christmas.

2) Having an in-person interview with a very solid company. If this works out, I'll have to change my handle, as I won't be Transplanted anymore.

Wife is very excited, and will probably be wearing out my cell phone late Monday afternoon.

Tex

Trep,

Happy birthday. And, many more...filled with those joys of your morning.

Greg

Happy B - Day Trep, enjoy the day and many more and good luck with the interview..

Happy Birthday Trep. I am glad you are a part of this board. You are a true asset to us all. Have your wife give you your birthday spanking for me. Robert

Happy Birthday to another 36er!! I'll leave the 36 ranks next month, so make sure you join me again next year at 37!!!

Happy B-day Trep....have a couple cold one's for me!!

All the best,...

Happy Birthday Trep. Now brew yourself some Rolling Rock and put a mysterious "36" on the bottle.

Michael, a belated happy birthday! Hope you catch some fish today.

Gang - Man was I all set for this morning, boat was hooked up and rods ready for early top water action, got up 5:30am, grabbed a juice, put water and snacks in the cooler and headed out. Air temp was a very dry and comfortable 72 degrees. Everything went great for 3 miles!!

THEN - I noticed the dash and headlights started to dim themselves and the engine started slowing down even though I had my foot down. Pulled into a subdivision and the car died!!! Long story short, the Alternator is dead, the car is at PepBoys waiting on a Sunday special delivery of my alternator from Napa autoparts, after talking to the AAA tow driver we took the cranking battery from my boat and swapped it into the Wagon, this got me enough juice to pull the boat home, and take the Wagon to PepBoys. $344, an alternator and batter later, car should be ready by 5pm.

So, NO FISH!!!! But it's better it happened to me today, then to Beka and the boys while i'm gone Mon/Tues!!

Sorry I wasn't on this weekend Trep, but happy late, birthday.

I thought that was the Norther lights!!!! LOL

Toxic, the SPACE SHUTTLE saw it! Hell, I felt the residual HEAT all the way up here. It's going to be 95 degress here today! Thanks a bunch! Normally a comfy 60, now this, and that explains the smoky haze too! No joke, check our local news sites. They CLAIM it's from a fire at the munitions depot on Fort Drum in Watertown, but I KNOW the truth. That ain't no gun powder smell. I know phosphurous when I smell it, nope, that smell is TOXIC all the way!

Trep- happy belated b'day!!! I was workin' on the 1800FS all weekend and didn't check the board!
