P Pat Goff Well-Known Member Joined Apr 16, 2003 Messages 352 Reaction score 0 Jul 21, 2005 #1 Jack plate height will vary depending on load, altitude, prop, etc. Come up until you lose water pressure, speed or bow lift, then back a notch. Don't tweak with a light load, you'll fall apart with a heavy load.
