This is a picture I took while on vacathion of a guy who had a bass tracker aluminum boat on top of a Dodge Pickup.

Wow.......I wonder how he does it?

Well Travis... First, he straps the trailer under the boat at the ramp, then he relaunches with the trailer now suspended under the boat; then, he just drives the truck under that and pulls back out of the ramp... that third step is tricky so he has to be real fast....

Forklift?

He probably counts on the campground/marina having a hoist.

He's married to a former East German Female Shot Putter...

He probably hauls the boat that way twice - beginning/end of camping season. Campground must have a boat hoist. I wonder how it affects his fuel mileage!!

OMG I cant believe how hilarious this was when we first saw this a couple days ago.

We think he-himself owns a forklift and like Greg said.

But geez I would not like follow him and like to pay that gas bill while having this on top of a pickup and pulling a 30ft traver trailer.

P.S.-- Why would you put a tracker boat through this?

It seems like a lot of work to get to the next fishin hole dont it?

He must be a die hard.

Gives "launching the boat" a whole new meaning. Just head for the lake about 40 mph and HIT THE BRAKES!!!!!

It all depends on where he is going....

Better watch those bridge/overpass heights Rick!!...That will become a major issue when you decide to take the RV and the boat! LOL
