I bot an Eagle FishMark 240 with my TV 18 from a BPS. During the first year my 240 has stoped reading the temp. I called the BPS I bought from and they said that I had to deal directly with Lowrance/Eagle for warranty repairs. Is this SOP for BPS?

I can't speak for the retail side of the store...I don't know what their policies are regarding electronics, but you may want to try and contact the GM of the store, NOT of the Tracker division, and see what he can do. Good luck.
