Doing some routine maintenance, after a few pumps with the grease gun on the middle fitting on the steering arm some pinkish looking grease came from two open holes. May be old grease coming out after putting new grease in, but I just want to be sure. Not sure how else to explain, and thanks for the help.

YES IT JUST A OLD GREASE , JUST PUMP IT TIL YOU SEE YOUR NEW GREASE THEN WIPE OFF CLEAN.

Thanks, D.....I figured so, but I'd never seen a grease that color before....I appreciate the response.

CHANCES ARE ITS PROBABLY WATER PROOF GREASE THAT DOESNT BREAK DOWN , OR GREASE THATS BEEN EXPOSED TO WATER FOR SOME TIME , MOST PROBABLY FROM MOISTURE , RIGHT ON MAN , GOOD LUCK FISHING :)
