They are looking good so far. I hope it keeps up thru the Superbowl!

You must be stoked. They are crushing denver at halftime.

Yup go Colts and birng them right here to New England again. Well send them back home again while we go to the Super Bowl lol.

Hardly ever does a team win it all, with little or no defense. Let's see how the Colts do, playing on the road in Pittsburgh in the Championship game.

They have a great offense, and not much of a defense. Didn't play well last year in Foxboro, won't play well in Pittsburgh.

Enjoy it while you can. My team(s) didn't make the dance - at all.

Tex

Colts, Pats or Jets, your road ends in Pittsburgh!

Rich D

Didn't I hear someone say that last year? HA HA HA HA

Go Pats!

Cass

Colts looked great, but they have tough road to get the JAX. They gotta beat Pats on the road and then prob. go to Pitt. If they pull that off, it may just be there year, cause I dont think anyone in the NFC has the secondary to cover all of the weapons Payton has to throw to...

The colts do have a tough road ahead. I will admit im a little worried about the colts coming into foxboro next weekend. Being a Pats fan you all know who in rooting for but the secondary is so beat up it has me a little worried.

I dont think it matters what afc team goes to the superbowl. I dont think the nfc teams can beat any of them.

The Colts will beat New England...It's our year!

Teri,

The "talking heads" on the morning sports show here in Chicago predict the Colts "all the way"...

If the defense works they are un-stopable...But what team will show up...I believe since they want a new stadium they will win....Time will tell....Jr

I have a feeling this game will be a shootoout. I dont think indy can stop the pats offense. The big question is can the pats d stop indy enough times to pull out the win, thats what has me worried with all the banged up corners and safties.

I think the biggest factor is going to be the weather. Its looking like its going to be in the high teens to low twenties here in Boston on sunday. Indy isnt used to playing in that kind of weather.

Dream on COLTS fans. The PATS have a score to settle with the Pitts. Remember now sports is fun at least for PATS FANS. Ha! Ha! Goooooo PATS!!!!!!

Ed

Colts vs. Pats should be a great game.

I myself am hoping for another "A" game from the Jets when they go to Pittsburgh.

Just remember Manning won't be in his dome when he comes here to New England.. The will hav eto deal with the weather. They have the late go so it will be cold around 20 degrees at game time it looks like. We are also in for some lousy weather mid week. So the field probably won't be at its best. We do have a score to settle with Pittsburgh and last we have the best coach out there in Bill Belichick.

Jury is still out on Bill Belichick being the best coach. He's good, but not sure I'm ready to give him the title of the best. Is he the best coach left in the playoffs, probably.

Tex

Tex

Belichick is without a doubt the best coach in the game right now bar none. Who's better? Parcells? nope, he's not as good as he used to be. Reid? nope, hes good but every year his team folds at the worst time. Dungy? Nope, look how many bucks teams failed him year after year with superior talent, colts too. So really who is better?

Belichick has put together a team that has won two superbowls in 3 years, and has compiled an impressive record while doing it. Who can match hs record in the last 4 years? Nobody. His team had a 14-2 record last year while starting 41 different players in the regular season and they won the superbowl on top of that. This year a 14-2 record with so many injuries in the secondary that they have had to start an undrafted free agent rookie at corner, a wide reciever at nickle corner and a linebacker at free saftey. You cant win like that without great coaching. The pats are and they are doing it because of Belichick, he teaches his players to be versitile and because of that has built depth like no other team has. Belichick is the best in the game right now and he proves it every week, the Pats also are in a good cap position and with the young talent they have are going to be good for a very long time.

I am anxious to watch Troy Brown TRY to cover any one of the Colts receivers. Oh ya, Mr. Law won't be available to feast on Peyton....I can hear the New England excuses already. Colts 27 - Pats 24.

Here is the biggest Colts fan. She is scouting the Broncos during Monday night football in this picture.

Sheeesh...your TV is bigger than my house!!! LOL!!!

Sorry had to refresh this post.

Payton Manning, MVP (Make Vacation Plans).

Go Pat's

MVP, HAHAHAHA...sorry but after watching last nights game to me it's a joke. I think they should wait until after the Super Bowl to give those kinds of awards, it makes the individuals look bad after giving an award like that and then seeing them get pounded. One player doesn't make a team, the Pats have proven this 2X already.

I loved watching real football game in the snow and cold can't get any better then that. I agree with the other thread that dome teams can't get it done in a real game with cold rain and snow. And the Pats with 2 of their best defensive players out, they still walked away with the game.

Next week will be the game of games, Steelers vs. Pats.

Cass :)

Next weeks game will be the Super Bowl. It will be a tough one for both teams!!

Steelers 17-14.

Even though I am not a colts fan,(they are a rival of the jaguars), from what I saw, it was not all Peyton's fault. His receivers dropped a lot of balls. I still think he deserved the mvp. IMHO

MVP is the Most Valuable Person for the regular season for many reasons. They will give out an MVP for the playoffs (Super Bowl MVP). Unfortunately, it usually comes down to statistics - and nothing more.

Many could make a huge case for Big Ben in Pittsburgh as the MVP. We all knew that Indy would be good.

Until Indy learns the same lesson they learned in Denver, they will likely continue to struggle to get to the big Game and earn a ring.

Tex

I agree with Tex.....I have to admit I think Pittsburg will give the Pats a game..Jr

Pats beat the Colts like a rented mule.

How the hell do they do it? How do a bunch of backup, walk-on, and rookie defensive backs shut down the best passing attack in football?

[scratching head]

I hate Bill Belichek, but he is a genius.

They never let the Colts have the Ball......Jr

The reason the Pats had the ball so much was that the Colts couldn't make first downs. ZERO, that's right, ZERO rushing first downs. None. Zip. Nada. The entire game. It's snowing and 20 degrees and you can't run for even one first down? That means you lose.
