GOOD news! The BPS in Dallas ran out of Johnny Morris reels and put the Curado 200 series on sale for $99. Sale started last Saturday and the Curados went on sale on Thurs.
After taking Mac's advice, I did buy 2 of the Johnny Morris reels. I brought them home and put one on my flipping rod. It wasn't balanced well at all. I took them back and traded for Curado 100s. Yeah, 25 pound line on a Curado 100 is kinda strange, but how much line do you need for flip/pitch anyway? I went from 9.2 ounces to 8.1. For those who care, The 200 series is 8.5 ounces and the 200BSF is 8.7 ounces. The Castaic 200SF is 8.6 ounces. The above numbers come from either basspro.com or shimano.com (depending on the reel)
