Free photoshop?

Anyone know of any free photo programs? I want to be able to change the size, in pixels to resize it for my library. I had one that did that and also could get rid of red eye, you could crop it, darken or lighten the pic etc.

I cannot seem to find anything.

I have some great pics of my kids with fish but I can't put them on as big as they are.

Do you have a PC or MAC? if you have a mac it comes built in iphoto, I have photoshop never use it cause iphoto is so mouch eaiser..

I have Arcsoft Photo Impression 3.0 that came with my camera that I don't use.It will do just about anything you want. I have a Photoshop Deluxe that I finally learned how to use.
