No. I didn't really fish. I started building a deck on the cabin so I was digging post holes and setting big sticks in cement. The weather was pretty cruddy too.

Underwood is 10 miles from Council Bluffs right off I 80 I believe it's exit 17. A huge town of 500. I teach at the Iowa School for the Deaf in Council Bluffs. Stop by sometime.

I heard they were building one there. I went to the new Galyans in Omaha. We have those here and then one in Omaha wasn't any different. My family wanted to go there.

Galyan's is ok but Scheel's opened a new store on 168th and Dodge in Omaha. (168th is almost to Lincoln but they have one there too) So far I'm into them for a Rapala cordless fillet knife, hook sharpner, counter reel(analog not digital) $75 assorted walleye and bass tackle and very soon a Marlin 1894 Stainless Steel lever action 44magnum. And I was just at CABELA'S three weeks ago.

There is a Scheel's in Lincoln right behind my mom's neighborhood. Every year at Christmas I donate alot of money to them.

Know the place and recently purchased a twenty guage shotshell reloader there. I go to Lincoln often. I judge mens gymnastics there at the University of Nebraska. One of my fishing buddies is Jim Hartung he won a gold metal in the 84 olympics he graduated from UNL and still lives in Lincoln. Neat

Jr I always make it a plan to double check before I goto a town I never have been in b4 for a decent hotel...you know one with a pool/hot tub, high speed 'net..ect,ect...Iam pretty sure Elwood's only pool is a pond on someones farm! haha!!



Iam tired ...so tired Iam about 500 yards from a BPS and I cant muster' the energy to go...i have been traveling since monday...next week will be better

Last week I only worked one day...and got paid for the whole week! Gotta love that...plus all my meals are paid for while working, so the perks are pretty good!. Next week they are lighting up my load since I have been traveling on Sundays and getting back late on Fridays. I should only be working a couple days then. (and still get paid for 5 days)

I'm a salaried 7th Level JR, (a "tech-7" non-supvr is a GREAT classification).....but there's all kinds of pay ranges within that level depending on ones job classification....



You must've been hourly?? Salaried levels start at 4 and go up to 8,..after that you're considered "unclassified" and those folks are senior managers. I'm as high as I can go and not be in mgt.....i don't want to be a mgr either...too much stress and I'm not a good enough liar to be in charge of people's careers!!..LOL



Besides,....with my freelance and AP deal,..I make as much or more $$$ as most mgr's here and I can go home at 230pm and I don't have to kiss any hiney!!
