Faded dash

My dash panel, ignition panel, and glove box are all wood grain. I am not a big fan and they are all faded and cracking causing issues with turning the key. My boat is a '99 and I am having problems finding a replacement source. Any help with replacements or possible repair ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered disassemble the console and remove the panels then prep and paint? Krylon makes a plastic bonding paint that works real well. Just mask off the gauges and paint if you don
