I have a Pro DeepV 16 Combo and I am looking for ideas on how to develop the empty spaces below the console into usable storage. They can't be too large, but big enough to be usable. Any ideas?

Thanks

Steve

Steve, isn't that where your legs go when you're running? Don't quite follow you. Whenever possible try to install a tackle management system to slide in a few plano boxes. Can't go wrong there.

Steve i've been thinking the same thing on my PC 175. Right now i've got 2 5 gallon buckets (one in side the other) that Tracker provided with my boat - idea is to use them to get bait into the 2 baitwells. But it's not easy to rummage around in that bucket! I've caught myself on hooks a few times!

I know Barb (I believe) put a mesh bag mounted under there to hold stff.

Rob - I am 5" 11' and have no problem without putting my legs under the console.

Steve,

I put a mesh net on the outside of the console for maps and things and then I used velcro to mount my first aid kit and tool kit on the back wall under the console. Still plenty of room for my feet and didn't have to put holes in the wall except for the mesh net.

Good idea Barb on the velcro. Where did you get the mesh netting? I can see suspending some from one end to the other? Rob, there is a lot of wasted room. I put a tackle bag under there and still have room. Any morre ideas?

Steve,

I got the net from either Cabelas or Bass Pro. They advertise it for mounting on the back of seats. When I get home tonight, I'll look for the part number and which one I got it from.
