I was given a Powerwinch (electric winch) RC23 for my 882. Has anyone had experience installing the power cable on their vehicle. I don't like the idea of running the power lines externally from the battery to the rear of the Jeep. Based on the size of the cables, I dont think a rear mounted cigarette lighter would do the trick.

thank you for your help...

Mike

I would sell it why would you need that on your trailer? All nitro trailers are drive on .

I agree with Joe.

Gift or not, they just don't belong on bass boat trailers.

If you have a disability or don't have the muscle to crank up your winch on your boat (old folks like TOXIC fall into this catagory  ), then I could see using one.

Otherwise, it's just something to slow you down at the ramp, since most every one of them I've seen are REALLY slow in cranking stuff in - I could hand crank mine in about a tenth of the time, and bulky (will it even fit???).... not to mention the wiring, etc...

They are more designed for larger salt-water boats and pleasure boats - you know... the ones that take FOREVER at the ramp loading their boats. :p:lol:

All the best,

Glenn

I here ya. Anyone know anyone who needs one?

It is going to break her heart... :(

But you gotta do what you gotta do.

Try Toxic! he may need it for that new Z9 lead sled that he will soon be getting! LOL
