Problem:
After an hour or two the 93SV at the console either shuts itself off, reboots, or locks when I press any presets (preset 1 is navigation, preset 2 is 2D and ClearVu).
Configuration:
UHD 93SV at console (flush mount)
Ultra 106SV at bow
Livescope GLS10
All three of these units are supplied with 10AWG marine wiring through an “intelligent” fuse panel.
Attempted Solutions:
1. Replaced network cable – no fix
2. Replaced 93SV with an old Plus 93SV – problem did not occur.
3. Garmin sent remanufactured UHD 93SV – problem recurred
4. Replaced 93SV cradle – no fix.
5. The problem occurred before the rewiring.
Notes:
Problem does not manifest if the units are NOT networked.
Problem does not seem to be heat – happens even on cold days no air restriction under console.
