Made the haul today. I was real impressed with the service center and tackle shop. Real helpful and great attitude at the sevice center. Listened to my input a didn't have that "the customer is stupid" arrogant attitude. That's something I'm sure not used to from BPS. AND they didn't care that the boat wasn't purchased from them!!!! Looks like they'll be on the boat this week already too!
Tackle store was top-notch, nice selection for all species, and the employees were more than helpful. Great prices also! About the same as Gander, Cabelas, or BPS.
If it wasn't 150 miles away, I'd give them all the biz I could.
