Hi...

I'm considering the Comfortroll Recessed TM Pedal well for my 1998 Pro Team 165. Has anyone else installed this on a PT165, and if so, did you have any problems? I'm especially concerned about whether there's a brace under the deck right where the Comfortroll should go. I tried to check it out but that entire area is foamed. Also is there enough space between the angled area at the front of the deck and the front edge of the storage space under the deck?

Any info would be appreciated. I've read the earlier posts on the Comfortroll but they don't address these issues for a PT165.

Thanks!

Not sure on your 98 but on my txs17 1988 there are 2 pieces of angle that run from the front to the back of the front deck about 6" apart? Not sure it that would leave room or not?

Bruce,

No, that wouldn't leave enough room. But I'm not sure the 98 PT165 is built the same way since there's storage under the deck that would prevent any braces from running to the back of the deck. Judging solely by the patterns of the deck screws, it looks like the braces run from left to right, but again, I'm not sure. I wonder if Tracker would be able to tell me?

Thanks for the reply.
