Just got two new T/M batteries & now my Guest charger has one light green & one light red batteries were suppose to be fully charged could my charger be on the way out or am I just not patience enough ? The charger is a three bank model 2613.

I'd vote not enough patience. Awfully coincidental for the charge to break down the exact time you plug in fresh batteries. Plus, even when charged (and especially if just sitting on a store shelf!), Guest charges "checks" the charge (hence the green and red light). I had my trolling motor fully charged by a battery tender over the winter and when I installed it and plugged in my Guest single bank, I got the twin lights. A few hours later, it was all green and set to go. If, on the other hand, both green and red lights are still on after an overnight charge, THEN I would suspect a problem.
