Cap screws

My cap screws keep working loose about every month, is there a good product to keep them in there w/o using epoxy. I was thinking about silicone or marine adhesive before i permantly fix this problem (epoxy).

The next time a screw backs out, put a little dab of clear RTV silicone on the end of it ,or in the hole, and tighten it into place. Re-install the rub-rail and it should hold up. I know others who have wrapped the screw with teflon tape (pipe thread sealer) and have had similar results. Good luck!
