Maybe your BPS will have more a knowledgeable staff then our BPS here in Charlotte, NC. When it first opened, their staff was excellent. Slowly went downhill after that. Yesterday was the first time in nearly a year that I had visited our BPS. Nothing has changed. I am sure there are excellent knowledgeable people there, I just haven't run into them.

If you want to talk to some ignorant people trying to talk about something way over their head, go to Home Depot and try to buy some wall tile for the shower. They just won't admit that they don't know what the he// they're talking about and just keep on feeding you wrong info. Thank goodness I knew enough to get what I needed without their help.
