Well, for a change, the Big Ten looked pretty darn good in the Bowl Games...

I'm not a buckeye fan, but it sure was a fun game to watch!

The Buckeyes suprised everyone including myself. They sure gave Miami more than they could handle. I've been of the opinion all year that if Iowa played OSU they'd mop up the field with them. I have now changed that opinion. Of course my regret is the Sooners were not playing for the "BIG ONE" but if they had been in that game last night I'm sure I would be in the cardiac care ward today.

Big congratulations to all my friends at the Formica Corp. in Cincinatti.

The UM/FLA (Outback Bowl)game was the best one of all!!! The lead changed back and forth 6-7 times!!!! Yeooowza!!! That ROCKED!!! BLUE RULES!!!!!!!!

You guys won the Oaken Bucket in 2002....I think it was 11-25 or something, not a real close game. HOWEVER...the IU Bass club won the "Old Minnow Bucket!" I think it was on Lake Shafer. LOL

I guided a couple guys up here on 'Clair a few years ago when the Big10 Minnow Bucket was up here....1 dude from IU and one from Purdue,....we had a riot....IU won that year too! Got my pix in B/Master that year too for that tourney....it was '97 I think!! I help with that tournament every year they come to 'Clair!! It's a BLAST!!

That was a good time. I urge all Federation Members to inquire about the collegiate fishing tournaments. A great way to meet some nice people and help promote the sport to youth!

You sure Mini?? The guy that was fishing with Rambo caught BigBass in the '97 tournament......your guy might've got it the last time they were up here....a couple of years ago maybe....i don't remember exactly...

Corey - Thanks!! I know when it comes to Roundball we've got a smaller chance of success with IU. I didn't know about the "Old Minnow Bucket!", I didn't fish when I was in school. That sounds like a BLAST!!!

Did you know that when Bobby Knight was still at IU---the only Big Ten coach that had a winning record against him was Gene Keady!

I think I'll stick with my bald head versus HIS 'do!
