Best motors on gas consumption make,model ?

Alright,

I have a 200hp Mercury Opti-Max on a 19ft . Now I realize that haul design and weight will always be a factor as well as how we pilot the boat .



Are there any controled test data available for some thing like boat motors gas milage and if so where does one find it ?
