had my boat out this weekend for the fith time since i bought it back in march. And twice now when i get home and start to clean out the boat i have noticed a little bit of water in my rod locker, or should i say that the carpet was soaked in an area as big as my fist? do any of you have this problem? or do you have an idea where this could be comming from? i haven't hit anything, so could i have a leak?



both times this has happend i never even turned on my live wells and the only water that i had in the boat was in the cooler?



any help on this would be great.

If you had a leak you would see water in the bilge. Any there? The cooler might overflow and leak into the locker.

Thanks I will check the bilge the next time I'm out and will also check the silicone seal.

haha -- mine are always soaked. they are FAR from waterproof.
