Any ever try a Dual console cover on a Single console boat?

Any ever try a Dual console cover on a Single console boat? I am selling the one off my 700LX DC and someone with a single console is interested if it would fit ok. i am not really sure how it would fit where the missing console would be?? any feedback appreciated

That brings up a question for me. How about the opposite? I just bought a TV18 with a single console. I just picked up my cover yesterday. I was hoping to get the DC kit for x-mas and install it for next season. Will my existing cover fit?

At least in your case I agree with Adam. There may just be some slack material, but it would deffinately fit an SC boat. Where in my case, there may not be enough material.

What do you guys think?
