any advice

going to change my trolling moter for a new one any speical things I need to know, looks like just four bolts, I know this sounds dumb but im not good at working on stuff

just a little more thrust on a tin 175 tracker, 12 volt not sure if minn cota or motor guide not decided

how do you get to the bolt for the knuts
