2019 Z21 Switch Panel Diagnostics

I have a 2019 Z21 and just like many others, the top row of buttons for the livewells, recirc, and bilge are not working. The bottom buttons work fine, with the exception of the nav lights. Once the nav lights are on you cannot switch them off. I bought and installed a new keypad, both ECM modules (helm and transom), and the front bow switch and I am still having the same problem. I would like to test the wire harnesses, but I am not sure exactly how to do that. Any advice on how to perform that testing?
