I fish a lot of the same water. I am in Frankfort Kentucky and the river is really ripping with current today (9-20). I had drill with the reserves this weekend so I was knocked out of fishing two ways. I may have to go to that lovely sand pit (overseas) all of next year so I am really cramming the fishing in. Maybe when I go though another fisherman and family man will get to come back and be with his family and fish.
Clark, fish when you can but spend the rest of the time learning all about staying healthy in a combat zone. And don't worry, there will be plenty of fish to catch when you return.
