hi guys me and my dad took my 6 year old son out to tyler lake to day. we had a great day we got 8 fish 6lmb and two picklel now for the story of the day this was my son (who name is mat) frist time fishing with a lure most of the time i take him out he fish with a shinner but he has benn casting real go in the back yard so i thought i let him give it a try. so we get to the lake and we haed out to are frist spot not a lot going on we try some top water but no luck so i put on a brush hog on my line and my sons line. well you now kid and casting my son get a not so as i am fixing his not he picks up my pole and said i will hold youre pole dad the next ting i look at him and the pole is bent over and he said to me that he had a fish i tell him no he is hung up in the thick weeds that we are fishing so i get on the troling moter to get it free the next thing i see is a nice 1 to 2 lb lmb come out of the weeds now mine you this was the only fish he got to day and i here it all day that he got a fish on my pole.nad of coures my dad thought this was the greats ting in the world. it was a day you will never foget

One of the best photo memories I have is my Dad, my son and me...holding up a stringer of 18 walleye...My sone was eight and ten of those fish were his... My Dad's been gone a few years now... But, my son, now 20, fishes with me often...
