I happened to get my hands on a copy of the new Nitro catalog and noticed that they are now using Balsa core in the decks. When did they start doing this? and how much wood will there actually be in the boat, would the deck not be made of fiberglass like the cap and hull?

I could be way wrong, but I was under the impression that the decks always had wood in them - that it was just the hull and stringers that were composite.....
