640 Setups

Just want to get others setups on there Nitro 640lx with 90HP Optimax





1. What hole is the motor mounted on

2. What prop are you running

3. What speed are you getting loaded

4. How is the holeshot still

5. Anyone havea jack plate.

I have a 640 with 90hp. It is an 98 model. Still runs great. When I'm trimmed out on plane I'm about 12 of the back of the boat in the water.



1. Not sure what hole I'm on.

2. 21p prop stainless steel.

3. I average 46 fully loaded with two people on GPS. I have had it at 51.2 but that was low on fuel and empty.

4. My hole shot is great.

5. No jack plate.

I have a 640 with a 2002 90 Merc.

1) 21p Laser 2 prop

2) 45 mph wot with 2 people loaded, gps reading. 5600 rpm's

3) Hole shot is good.

4) I have a 6" jack plate, don't think it does any good.
