Hi Guys
I have a 2007 Nitro 640 2007 year, I have a 90hp Mercury 2 stroke on it. Not the Optimax but the model just before it came out.
The motor runs great but like all of them they are pigs on gas, I have the opportunity to upgrade to the Evinrude e-Tec HO.
Other than better gas mileage will I see any increased performance. The " 90 hp HO " motor is rated at 107hp
Has anyone made this kind of swap / upgrade?
Until the end of March I can get a 7 year warranty and the retro fit cables are included
