2003 Nitro 185 Sport fish and ski Livewell operation

My front livewell will overfill if I do not shut it off, and my rear livewell does not work. Its under the middle rear seat. Does anyone know how to access the rear pump, or is this strictly to be used as a cooler?
Should it be a pump that recirculates the water?
