2000 targa 18

i have the 2000 targa 18 with a 125 merc. was wondering if any of you have had problems with this unit,what are some of the benefits,and what guidelines to take on getting these problems solved. the main reason i'm asking is the dealer i brought it from went broke,so now i don't has someone to take it too.

I've got a similar rig, but with a 90hp Merc on it. It's in the shop now (BPS - first time there), getting some maintenance and other items taken care of.



What type or problems do you want to get fixed?



Also, I am very happy that you are here and posting, and have a specific question for you.



On the livewell in the rear of the boat (not the baitwell mind you), does it have an overflow in/on it? The front livewell (on mine), has a fitting in the side of the livewell, with a tube connected so that it will automatically keep the proper level of water in it. On my boat, there is nothing in/on the rear well. That's one of the items that I'm trying to get them to fix/address.

I Have a tube running from the overflow hole that runs down

with a tee that goes into the drain tube.Because the hole in the livewell is higher than the water it cannot run back into the livewell. i put this in myself. since the livewells are on a timer turn down your flow nozzle and you will not have a problem. for myself i have not had any problem with my rig i was just wonder if anybody else had.if you have any more ? please fill free to e-mail with them. take care paul.
