Just curious regarding our 2022 115 Pro XS CT lower engine Shroud, RH side.
After retrieving the boat and going over everything before hitting the road, I notice that there is one particular area on the surface
of the engine shroud which is very, very warm. I know that the exhaust pipe runs behind this shroud. But should the shroud be this way to the touch?
Never noticed this on our other Merc motors. ie. 60hp, 90hp, 175hp, 200hp we had before.
I looked up input on the Internet under the subject and noted others asked similar questions but "no specific" answers to this. Only on customizing an engine.
