Saturday is good for us. We'll be spent on Friday. I'm bringing some seafood offerings as well. We can add that to the smorgasboard for Saturday or have it Friday, up to you. I don't even know what Irish stew is! LOL

Ken, will you be able to run me to the airport on Sunday?

Italian Sugo sounds great, as I have never had it and I'm always open to trying new things.. As I mention in the chat room last night I would be more then happy to help cook, I enjoy cooking and I even do dish's. I get a fair amount of backstraps as my buddy get's around 7 - 8 deer a year and he keeps me in vension.. Thanks and see you on Friday...
