What's this rally thing??

How about posting a little more info about this rally? About the only thing I know is it's on Kentucky Lake. Is this right? What about the dates and times, and what the requirements are to join?

There's a link on the Home Page here NTOWRS or something like that...It's gonna be "a good time was had by all" kind of affair...To "join"...sign up and then show up. If that isn't all you need to know Scott wil join in here and reply, I'm sure.
