Trailer Tires?????

Quick question.



The standard tire on my NX750 trailer is a ST205/75D14. They sell the ST205/75R14C at bass pro and northern tool.

The difference between these tires I would imagine is one is a radial and one is not. The R tire looks a little wider.

Will this tire rub on my fender wells? I need a spare,would the R tire work? I want to make sure before I purchase.

I have an '04 nx750 with ST205/75R14C tires on the trailer. Plenty clearance, no rubbing at all.

I would not mix radial and bias ply tires. I would think trailers would be the same as a vehicle?

It would be ok for a spare since it is really to get you off the road and back home where you can fix it.
