Tracker Extended Warranty

Tracker called me yesterday to offer extending some of my warranty out 4 more years, mostly electrical and trailer. Anyone have any thoughts on the matter, wants about $800.

Not sure if I would pay $800 for that; From what I have seen with Tracker warranties they are very good at excluding the most common problems. Trailer maintenance would be tires, bearings, and lights which probably aren't covered anyway. Electrical problems on a boat are usually contacts needing to be cleaned which you can do yourself.

Boils down to how much you can do yourself and how much you want to put up with to get something covered.

I'd personally have trouble paying $800 for a trailer warranty....
