Installed a bravo 1 fs prop From mercury racing on the boat with 2 guys around 220lb and full gear load and full live well, the boat will plain in around 5 seconds and run 55mph gps at 5700 rpm.
if I go by myself, the hole shot goes down to about 3 seconds and the motor will hit the rev limiter at 56mph, I also have a 6” jack plate. Was running 23p tempest, fine for one person 60mph, 58-59 with full live well, but with 2 people plain time was 15 plus seconds And top speed was still only 55-56 mph. The props for these boats are expensive, after talking to mercury racing the bravo 1 fs 21 pitch is what they suggested which worked out really well, hope this helps someone out.
