I have been going round and round with the livewell screen

problem, getting sent the wrong part etc. BUTTTT Craig finds a way to e-mail me at the end of the day stateing I have been in meetings, but i am still working on this for ya!!! I really appreciate Craig and Ken for the efforts they put forth for us from this website!!!



I do not want to bash Nitro Customer Service or dealers here on the left coast (Calif.) since Nitro is primarily a East coast dealer. Ju st hope to get it resolved!!

Thanks Mark. Just doing my job. Bass Pro prides itself on superior customer service, and the Detroit store is the best (we've won the Corporate Customer Service Award 4 quarters in a row, and won't be satisfied 'till we break the record of 6 straight). I'll have a resolution for you by noon today. I'll e-mail you later.

yeh, Craig is cool. he helped me out on a boat cover which i bought from him and it was even after hours at his store. thanks again.
