Man, I've got to take my hat off to the service folks at BPS Charlotte. They have completely outdone themselves.
They did some repairs and upgrades about a month ago (very good work might I add). During the work, one of the electrical connectors for the rear transom light (the plug into white one) came loose. Talked to them about it yesterday, and they said bring it in. Can you leave it with us? Sure.
Took it by this morning at 9:00AM and dropped it off. While dropping it off, I noticed that they were receiving a shipment of new Trackers and Merc. engines. All this, and the Spring Fishing Classic is this week.
Just got a call from them. Repair work is done. I can come by and pick it up this afternoon.
Now that's what I call A#1 Service.
