Go to trailerpartsdepot.com I just had to replace my actuator and both wheel cylinders and these guys got me the parts in 2-3 days. Mine was also dry with lots of corrosion. Apparently the guy I bought it from never even knew about the trailer brakes. If yours is the same, you need to check all the lines and the wheel cylinders. Both mine were frozen solid with corrosion and I also had to replace all the lines. Good luck.
