Launch from Metro and head to the mile roads... try 10-12 ft of water on break lines fishing tubes. Move shallower if you don't find fish. Start around 9 mile, make a mile long drift then come back and do it again shallower.

Also try Windmill Point later in the day...8ft of water, cast towards shore with 1/2oz traps and white/chartruese spinners. Good luck and give us a report.
