Had to share this. I was perusing craigslist boat listings (just for the heck of it) when I saw a beautiful 2009 Tritoon for sale down near Lake Anna - low hours. Showed my wife and asked her if we should upgrade the family deckboat. Her response? "Nah, we're fine with what we got. If you're going to upgrade, why not get a newer bass boat - you use that more anyway!" Holy crap!! Nearly fell off my chair! She started laughing and said "you should see your face!"
Yes, she was serious! No, I'll probably not take her up on the offer. I really like my G3 HP180. The 18' length with 90" beam and 150hp VMax is a perfect set up. Plus, I've got it outfitted just right. Of course, if I happen across a late model Xpress X19LE or Triton 197 Mag, who knows?
