A short time back I was having problems with my outboard not idlingmore than a few seconds without the motor, dying and after having it in the shop 2 times and still the same problem I thought I would just try to adjust the carbs myself so I asked on this messege board if anyone knew about where the settings should be I did get a response that 7/8 to 1 1/4 so I just set all the carbs at 1 turn out and today when I left my boat idling at the dock for almost 10 min while I went to get my truck and back in the trailer I was shocked it was still running when I got back, so thanks to the member with the info, and all other members(and sponsors) because I have learned so much just reading the advise that is posted daily on this site. love this site
