Warranty Question

Is the shifter and cables under the engine warranty?

I doubt it because they are bought seperate from the motor.

Thanks, not a prob right now. Just called my dealer and I can't get the boat in today. Looks like I will just be idling tonight at teh tourny. at least the area i'm fishing is only 3/4 mile from the ramp.



They did tell me a couple of things to look at so I'll run check those.



Harpo-Good idea....just got off the phone with them. Right now they are 18 boats behind and can't get mine in till next week. I didn't think about asking them because I was just wanting to know if they could look at it.

i had mine replaced last yr, mine were way to stiff and could not get boat out of gear and back to netrule.

the dealer said it was a merc warrenty issue, not nitro.

they took care of it with out any questiions.
