She does rentals if it is for your home but I don't know about for weekly vacation rentals.

for vacation rentals, we go down there alot and the normal lake rental people always act like they don't want to deal with you, except on Smith Mountain

Most people who do weekley rentals won't work with a realtor as well they just have $$$ on there mind. I will run it past her and see if she has any Ideas that may help you..

I just talked to her she said that she would only have as much pull as you for vacation rentals

the Real-estate database she uses does not list vacation rentals so she would be limited to the internet the same as you to find a place. she apoloiges and wishes she could help but there is not much she can do for these situations. I apologes as well on this one.

she can help on home buys and sales and home rentals as a residence.

Lake Anna Reality, remeber I told you we were getting the house with access to both sides? We'll the lady mY Mom was dealin with, wouldn't return the calls, and when she finally did, that week was gone, so we didn't get it.....she took 3 weeks to finally talk to my Mom,a nd when My Mom talked to her the other 3 times, the lady said she had to go and would call back.......anyway, we got a different house now through a private person, not a realtor.

No she is only has her VA lincense if you where moving to VA not a problum she just helped some from CA that moved to Richmond.
